WAC 456-09-120Organization and office.
The board consists of three members, one of whom is elected chair. Members of the board are appointed by the governor with the consent of the senate and serve on a full-time basis.
The board offices are open each day for the transaction of business from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. All submissions, requests, and communications shall be sent to the board at its ((principal office at 910 5th Avenue S.E.,))main office.
