The Washington state department of agriculture repeals Policy Statement Number CI-18-0002. Notification of the policy statement was filed with the office of the code reviser on December 19, 2018 (WSR 19-02-002). The department filed a CR-103 on January 22, 2020, repealing chapter 16-305 WAC and establishing the new hemp program under chapter 16-306 WAC, as authorized by chapter 15.140
