Subject of Possible Rule Making: New behavioral health rule or rules to be added under Title 182 WAC; other related rules as appropriate.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The agency intends to develop rules regarding the right of involuntarily detained/committed individuals to refuse antipsychotic medication as required by RCW 71.05.215
. During the course of this review, the agency may identify additional related changes that are required in order to improve clarity or update policy.
