Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

Purpose: The proposed rule amendments adjust license fees paid by charitable or nonprofit organizations, commercial stimulant organizations, sports wagering vendors, and other businesses. The adjustments are necessary to ensure that the fees reflect the commission's costs of licensing, regulation, and enforcement.
