Subject of Possible Rule Making: The department is considering rule changes to WAC 220-412-090 which relate to multiseason tags.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 77.04.012, 77.04.055, 77.12.047, and 77.08.030.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Amendments are needed to create a subset of multiseason tags for the Washington department of fish and wildlife's (WDFW) chronic wasting disease surveillance program.
Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.
