Title: Delayed Effective Date for Pediatric Sedation Endorsement, HSQA DQAC 2025-01.

Issuing Entity: Dental quality assurance commission.

Subject Matter: Extending the effective date for when a licensed dentist must have a pediatric sedation endorsement to administer moderate sedation with eternal agents or moderate sedation with parenteral agents to pediatric patients from January 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025.

Effective Date: January 17, 2025.
