Due to ongoing changes and guidance from the assistant attorney general's office (AAG), Bellingham Technical College wishes to withdraw proposed rule making WSR 25-07-082, filed on March 17, 2025, at 1:21 p.m. This proposed rule relates to revisions to chapter 495B-276 WAC. Bellingham Technical College anticipates a new CR-102 to be submitted within the next 30 days, once the AAG has finalized its guidance related to the rule.
