Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 4-30-092 How do I apply for a Washington state CPA license if I hold a valid CPA license in another state?

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 18.04.055.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The proposed rule changes are intended to update and clarify qualifications for obtaining a Washington state certified public accountant license by reciprocity.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
