Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 181-78A-100 and 181-78A-225.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 28A.410 RCW.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Updating list of standards school counselor programs are reviewed on and update missing language regarding curriculum and instruction review.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
