RESCISSION OF EMERGENCY RULES

Central Washington University respectfully requests to, effectively immediately, rescind the emergency filing WSR 25-03-118, involving chapter 106-125 WAC, which went into effect January 21, 2025.

The rescission is due to the recent change in federal Title IX regulation, which reverted the 2024 regulations back to the 2020 regulation and thus the emergency rule in place of chapter 106-125 WAC would likely be in conflict.
