In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Division of Child Support (DCS)

Document Title: IRS Confidentiality and Security.

Subject: DCS Administrative Policy 7.01.

Effective Date: April 17, 2025.

Document Description: The policy explains the procedures DCS uses to comply with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines in order to participate in the IRS Tax Refund Offset Program.
