The health care authority (HCA) requests withdrawal of the preproposal statement of inquiry filed as WSR 25-03-016 on January 6, 2025, and distributed in the 25-03 State Register. HCA plans to amend multiple WAC sections as part of this rule making and will refile the CR-101 after identifying the necessary changes.
