Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information: WAC 242-03-060 Board office.

Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: This proposal is to change the street address of the environmental and land use hearings office (ELUHO), growth management hearings board (GMHB). People wishing to do business with GMHB in person will need to go to a new location in August 2025. This rule change will also remove unnecessary email addresses from GMHB's contact information.

Reasons Supporting Proposal: ELUHO is vacating its current building and moving to a new building.

Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 36.70A.270.

Statute Being Implemented: Chapter 36.70A RCW.

Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
