The home and community living administration requests the withdrawal of preproposal statement of inquiry notice filed as WSR 25-10-008 on April 25, 2025, WAC 388-76-10125, 388-76-10315, 388-76-10320, 388-76-10715, and 388-76-10930 regarding adult family home minimum licensing requirements.
The withdrawal should be effective immediately upon filing.
