The proposed policies can be downloaded online at hca.wa.gov/sebb-rules. Public comment on these policies can be submitted to Leanne Clark at P.O. Box 42720, Olympia, WA 98504-2720 or via email at HCAPEBSEBBoardPolicyFeedback@hca.wa.gov. The deadline for public comment is August 5, 2025, by 11:59 p.m.
