Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 110-15-0271 Payment discrepanciesConsumer; other related rules.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 43.216 RCW.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The early learning division is making modifications to WAC language to align rules with child care development fund grant requirements to not pursue overpayments that may occur related to presumptive eligibility approvals, except in cases of fraud or intentional program violations, per ESSB 5167.
Process for Developing New Rule: Collaborative.
