Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: Update the public records officer to a position for Columbia Basin College (college).
Reasons Supporting Proposal: The contact information currently in WAC is no longer accurate.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW
28B.50.140(13).
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.

This notice meets the following criteria to use the expedited adoption process for these rules:
Corrects typographical errors, makes address or name changes, or clarifies language of a rule without changing its effect.
Explanation of the Reason the Agency Believes the Expedited Rule-Making Process is Appropriate: This rule update is being made to reflect a change in the designated public records officer for the college, consistent with RCW
42.56.580. The amendment is clerical in nature and does not make substantive policy changes. It aligns WAC with current internal contact information and organizational structure. Therefore, the college believes the expedited rule-making process is appropriate under RCW
34.05.353 (1)(c) as the rule is being amended without material change.
