Subject of Possible Rule Making: Clark College's (college) code of student conduct rules that pertain to how the college defines hazing and provides disciplinary sanctions for hazing.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The college must amend the college's code of student conduct, chapter 132N-126 WAC, in order to meet its obligations under "Sam's Law," 2SHB 1751 (2022), amending RCW
28B.10.900 regarding hazing prevention.
Process for Developing New Rule: Normal rule making.
