Semi-Annual Rule-Making Agenda
July 1 - December 31, 2025
In accordance with RCW 34.05.314, the state parks and recreation commission (commission) submits its semi-annual agenda for rules under development for publishing in the Washington State Register.
The commission is conducting a thorough review and may have additional rules as conditions arise. Rule changes filed from January to June 2025 are located on the commission's website at https://parks.state.wa.us/179/rules-regualtions [https://parks.state.wa.us/179/rules-regulations].
