This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the CR-101 for public water system fees, which was filed April 1, 2024, and published as WSR 24-08-068.

The department is withdrawing this CR-101 because of a larger environmental public health division-wide fee update to cover the costs of the office of drinking water programs and account for the general fund state and foundational public health services funding reductions and the cost-of-living adjustments made in the 2025-2027 state budget (ESSB 5167). A division-wide fee update CR-101 was filed as WSR 25-15-015 on July 7, 2025.
