This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the CR-101 for temporary worker housing fees, which was filed January 23, 2024, and published as WSR 24-03-138.

The department is withdrawing a CR-101 filed as WSR 24-03-138 on January 23, 2024, because these fees are being incorporated into a larger environmental public health division-wide fee update. This broader fee update aims to cover the costs of the office of environmental health and safety programs and account for the general fund state and foundational public health services funding reductions and the cost-of-living adjustments made in the 2025-2027 state budget (ESSB 5167). The new CR-101 was filed as WSR 25-15-015 on July 7, 2025.
