Consistent with RCW 34.05.335 and WAC 1-21-060, the Washington state liquor and cannabis board is withdrawing its preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) filed as WSR 25-12-113 on June 4, 2025, regarding amending WAC 314-55-050(2) for how distance is measured between licensed cannabis premises and restricted entities.
