This report details current and anticipated rule-making activities for the department of health (DOH) and the state board of health (SBOH). This agenda is for information purposes, and the anticipated rule-making actions are estimates. There may be additional rule-making activities that cannot be forecasted as DOH and SBOH initiates rule making to implement new state laws, meet federal requirements, or meet unforeseen circumstances.
