This memo serves as notice that the dental quality assurance commission (commission) is rescinding interpretive statement Dental-03, Application Requirements for Moderate Sedation with Parenteral Agents Permits, which was filed May 24, 2023, and published in WSR 23-12-003.

This interpretive statement clarified the experience requirements stated in WAC 246-817-760 for obtaining a moderate sedation with parenteral agents permit. The commission is rescinding this interpretive statement because it is no longer needed. Permanent rules were adopted under WSR 24-01-033, filed on December 11, 2023, for WAC 246-817-760.
