Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapters 137-25 and 137-56 WAC.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 72.01.090.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: WAC revisions are necessary to redefine some definitions to better capture the intent of the rules and to create new infractions that align with our current philosophy.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
