INTERPRETIVE STATEMENT

This memo serves as notice that the dental quality assurance commission (commission) is rescinding Interpretive Statement DQAC IS-02, Novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine ordering and administration, which was filed January 28, 2021, and published as WSR 21-04-058.

This interpretive statement was intended to help boost capacity for priority populations who may not otherwise be connected to traditional health care systems during the COVID-19 pandemic. The commission is rescinding this policy because it is no longer needed due to the end of the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency.
