RESCISSION OF EMERGENCY RULES

On May 16, 2025, the Washington state office of superintendent of public instruction (OSPI) filed a renewal CR-103E emergency rule-making order (WSR 25-10-058) concerning emergency rule making for chapters 392-121 and 392-169 WAC. The renewal CR-103E (WSR 25-10-058) is currently in effect.

To align the rule language with recently enacted legislation, OSPI will need to rescind WSR 25-10-058, in order to file an updated version of the CR-103E. The updated CR-103E will be filed on the same day that WSR 25-10-058 is rescinded.

Therefore, this document serves as official notification that OSPI is rescinding the WSR 25-10-058, effective August 29, 2025.
