The department of labor and industries is withdrawing the preproposal statement of inquiry for rule making filed on November 5, 2013, and published under WSR 13-22-071. This rule making was intended to address extending requirements for businesses that enroll in individual retro plans and revise enrollment requirements for businesses under common majority ownership under chapter 296-17B WAC, Retrospective rating for workers' compensation insurance.
