The department of labor and industries is withdrawing the preproposal statement of inquiry for rule making filed on August 5, 2015, and published under WSR 15-16-132. This rule making was intended to initiate pilot rule making to create an exception process under WAC 296-17B-770 Common ownership, regarding the enrollment of commonly-owned businesses in the retrospective rating program.
