The CR-101 dated November 1, 2023, and filed as WSR 23-23-009, is withdrawn. WSR 23-23-009 was filed two years ago to initiate rule making on chapter 463-30 WAC, Adjudicative proceedings. Today, we file a new CR-101 initiating a fresh rule making on chapter 463-30 WAC, as well as on other chapters within Title 463 WAC. To avoid confusion, it would be best to withdraw the old WSR.
