Subject of Possible Rule Making: Reretirement calculations.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 41.50.050.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Clarifying how the department of retirement systems (DRS) calculates retirement benefits for members who retire, go back to work for a DRS-covered employer, and then retire again later.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
