Title or Subject: Update for Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0026 October 2025 Fee Schedule Updates.

Proposed Effective Date: October 3, 2025, now not applicable.

Description: The health care authority (HCA) previously filed notice of the intent to submit SPA 25-0026 to update the fee schedule effective dates for several medicaid programs and services under WSR 25-21-007. At this time, HCA does not anticipate submitting SPA 25-0026.
