Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

Purpose: The proposed change is to repeal chapter 132Z-119 WAC, which is a now-outdated version of the Title IX supplemental student conduct code. Chapter 132Z-119 WAC has been replaced with chapter 132Z-120 WAC, which complies with the current Title IX regulations. WAC 132Z-120 was subject to rule making; a rule-making hearing was held on August 5, and the rules were approved by the Cascadia College board of trustees on September 17, 2025.
