WAC 132H-169-040 and 132H-169-085, proposed by Bellevue College in WSR 25-05-046, appearing in issue 25-05 of the Washington State Register, which was distributed on March 5, 2025, is withdrawn by the office of the code reviser under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the 180-day period allowed by the statute.
