Subject of Possible Rule Making: Updating and clarifying chapter 67-35 WAC, Vending facility program for the blind, all sections.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 74.18 RCW; 34 C.F.R. Part 395.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Simplifying WAC with more clear definitions and processes, increasing readability using plain language.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: United States Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration.

Process for Developing New Rule: Based on 34 C.F.R. Part 395.
