Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.35.120(12).

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Eastern Washington University (EWU) is considering updating the language in this chapter to better reflect current operational practices.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
