NOTICE
Title or Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0028 Professional Services Supplemental Payments.
Proposed Effective Date: July 1, 2026.
Description: The health care authority (HCA) filed its intent to submit SPA 25-0028 under WSR 25-21-078, to add medicare as a payment benchmark in addition to the average commercial rate benchmark currently listed for the professional services supplemental payment program, which provides supplemental payments for specific, voluntarily participating provider groups. HCA has subsequently decided not to move forward with this SPA.
