WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY

Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, the following is Washington State University's (university) semi-annual agenda for WAC rules under development for the period of January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. Additional rule-making activity not now anticipated may also be added as conditions warrant between semi-annual agendas.

1. Chapter 504-26 WAC, Standards of conduct for students, rule-making amendment to the university's rules regarding standards of conduct for students. Preproposal (CR-101) filed October 20, 2025 (WSR 25-21-104). Anticipate filing proposal (CR-102) on January 7, 2026. Anticipate adoption of permanent rules on August 1, 2026.

2. Chapter 504-13 WAC, Campus parking and traffic regulations for Washington State University Tri-Cities, rule-making amendment to the university's rules regarding parking regulations on the Washington State University Tri-Cities campus. Preproposal (CR-101) filed October 20, 2025 (WSR 25-21-105). Anticipate filing proposal (CR-102) on January 7, 2026. Anticipate adoption of permanent rules on May 1, 2026.
