The office of the state treasurer (OST) anticipates the following rule-making activities during the period of January-June 2026:

Chapter 474-01 WAC (OST):

Purpose: Review and revise outdated rules, including OST's public record rules, and incorporate gender-neutral language.

Filings: Preproposal statement of inquiry, WSR 25-02-073; proposal, WSR 25-12-110; and continuance, WSR 26-01-073.

Title 210 WAC (state finance committee (SFC)) and Title 389 WAC (public deposit protection commission (PDPC)):

Purpose: Review and revise outdated SFC and PDPC rules, and incorporate gender-neutral language.

Filings: Preproposal statement of inquiry, WSR 25-02-091; proposal, WSR 25-12-109; and continuance, WSR 26-01-074.
