Pursuant to RCW
34.05.314, Washington's lottery (lottery) is submitting its semi-annual agenda for publishing in the Washington State Register.
WAC 315-10-025 is currently open for revisions related to increasing the maximum price of an instant (scratch-off) game ticket. Additional rule making may be deemed necessary to meet legal requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or evolving agency needs.
