WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES

This memo serves as notice that the pharmacy quality assurance commission (commission) is withdrawing the CR-102 for alternate distribution models for a dispensed prescription drug, which was filed August 29, 2025, and published in WSR 25-18-070.

The commission is withdrawing this CR-102 because the commission would like to hold additional rules workshops to engage interested parties.
