RESCISSION OF EMERGENCY RULES

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

[Filed February 18, 2026, 11:20 a.m., effective March 14, 2026]

The Washington state department of transportation (WSDOT) wishes to rescind the emergency rule filed under WSR 26-05-042 on February 12, 2026. This emergency rule went into effect on February 17, 2026, and covers WAC 468-305-100 and 468-305-300. The rescission of this emergency rule is effective on March 14, 2026, when a permanent rule will go into effect to replace it.

WSDOT adopted and filed the permanent rule under WSR 26-05-033 on February 11, 2026. The text of the permanent rule is the same as the text of the emergency rule.
