This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is rescinding Drinking Water State Revolving Fund 1999 Application and Guidelines, which was filed May 4, 1999, and published as WSR 99-10-075.

This statement provided guidelines for the drinking water state revolving fund 1999 application cycle and revised the guidelines for the 1997 and 1998 application cycles. The department is rescinding this policy due to the adoption of chapter 246-296 WAC, which pertains to the drinking water state revolving fund loan program and specifies the application and guideline requirements. Consequently, this interpretive statement is no longer necessary.
