This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is rescinding Drinking Water State Revolving Fund 2000 Application and Guidelines, which was filed April 18, 2000, and published as WSR 00-09-084.

This statement provided guidelines for the drinking water state revolving fund 2000 application cycle and revised the guidelines for the 1997, 1998, and 1999 application cycles. The department is rescinding this policy due to the adoption of chapter 246-296 WAC, which pertains to the drinking water state revolving fund loan program and specifies the application and guideline requirements. Consequently, this interpretive statement is no longer necessary.
