This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is rescinding Drinking Water State Revolving Fund 2005 Application and Guidelines, which was filed May 20, 2005, and published in WSR 05-12-011.

This statement provided guidelines for the drinking water state revolving fund 2005 application cycle. The department is rescinding this statement due to the adoption of chapter 246-296 WAC, which pertains to the drinking water state revolving fund loan program and specifies the application and guideline requirements. Consequently, this interpretive statement is no longer necessary.
