This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the CR-101 for veterinarian and veterinary technician licensure fees in WAC 246-933-990 and 246-935-990, which was filed on February 17, 2026, and published as WSR 26-05-076.

The department is withdrawing this CR-101, and a new CR-101 will be filed to include WAC 246-933-590 Humane society and animal care and control agency (entity) fees and renewal cycle, and 246-937-990 Veterinary medication clerk fees and renewal cycle, as part of the rule making.
