Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 478-124 WAC, General code of conduct for the University of Washington (university).

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.20.130.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The university is reviewing its student and general codes of conduct to ensure they are in alignment with each other and consistent with operational practices and legal requirements.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
