Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 132H-142 WAC, Use of college property for expressive activity.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 34.05 RCW and RCW 28B.50.140(13).

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Bellevue College plans to update the current expressive activities rules.

Process for Developing New Rule: Proposed changes are being presented to the campus community for feedback and a public meeting will be held.
