WITHDRAWAL OF

PREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY

The pharmacy quality assurance commission (commission) is withdrawing the preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) for transfer practices for a dispensed prescription drug for the purpose of redispensing or subsequent administration to a patient (alternate distribution models), which was filed October 3, 2023, and published in WSR 23-20-115.

The commission is withdrawing this CR-101 because ESSB 5998, section 225(37), chapter 268, Laws of 2026, directs the commission to discontinue the alternate distribution models rule-making project.
