Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Aligning chapter 308-101 WAC to better align with the Administrative Procedure Act by defining business rules, guidelines, and the process for conducting administrative interviews and formal hearings for financial responsibility and unsatisfied judgment cases within the department of licensing. Additionally, changes are proposed to update submission options by removing fax use, and replacing gendered pronoun references.
